Purpose

The purpose of this work instructions is to document the assembly process for the LumenPnPv4 Drag Chain Assembly Kit.

Instructions

Create LumenPnP v4 Drag Chain Cable Set

  1. Collect 1.8m of both pu-tube-4x2.5-blue and pu-tube-4x2.5-red from inventory and coil it up with a twist-tie before placing it into a 6x9-bag

  2. Collect a head-harness from inventory and coil it up with 2x rubber-band before placing it into a 3x6-bag

  3. Place the bagged head-harness into the 6x9-bag used in Step 1

  4. Collect a x-harness from inventory and coil it up with 1x rubber-band before placing it into a 3x4-bag

  5. Place the bagged x-harness into the 6x9-bag used in Step 1

  6. Collect a top-camera-harness from inventory and coil it up with a twist-tie before placing it into a 3x6-bag

  7. Place the bagged top-camera-harness into the 6x9-bag used in Step 1

  8. Adhere a LumenPnP v4 Drag Chain Cable Set label to the 6x9-bag used in Step 1

Create lumenpnp-drag-chain-set

  1. Bag lumenpnp-drag-chain-set

    • Collect a lumenpnp-drag-chain-set from inventory and coil it up before placing it into a 8x10-bag

      Where to find 8x10-bag

      These bags are repurposed from repurposing our vendor's head-harnesspackaging

    • At the same time, adhere a LumenPnP v4 Drag Chains 30/34 Links sticker to the outside of the 8x10-bag

Package LumenPnPv4 Drag Chain Assembly Kit

  1. Attach lumenpnp-drag-chain-set,LumenPnP v4 Drag Chain Cable Set, andx-cable-chain-supportall together with 2xrubber-band`

  2. Attach the LumenPnPv4 Drag Chain Assembly Kit product label to the bundle by sliding the sticker under the rubbber bands
