8mm Feeder Assembly Instructions

Introduction

This series of work instructions will guide the reader on how to properly assemble and test the feeder-8mm accessory and feeder-12mm accessory for the LumenPnP. When finished, the feeders shall match the images below:

Tools

• Electric torque driver w/ 2mm bit
• Handheld hex driver w/ 2mm bit
• Handheld torque driver w/ 1.27mm bit
• Needle-nose pliers
• X-Acto knife
• Loctite 435 super glue
• Tape channel gauge + SMT tape
• Peel worm gear gauge
• Drive wheel install shims
