Quality Control

The following items are included in the High-Precision Solder Paste Printer package and should be checked for quality and correct quantities before shipping to the customer.

Parts List

Checklist

Each shipment should include a High-Precision Solder Paste Printer Checklist to ensure that all parts from the Parts List above are present and meet our standards for quality.

Repacking

The following instructions will guide you through repacking the box for shipment to the customer.

1. Return the Squeegee 7cm x 10cm into the foam wrap and place on the inside of the shrink wrap that is wrapped around the Stencil Printer.

2. Return the 2x 40 Embossing Start Knob M8x14 back to the red bubble wrap bag and place on the inside of the shrink wrap that is wrapped around the Stencil Printer.

3. Return the X-axis Adjustment Handle, Y-axis Adjustment Handle, 2x Z-axis Adjustment Handle, and Swing Handle back to the red bubble wrap bag and place on the inside of the shrink wrap that is wrapped around the Stencil Printer.

4. Place the Stencil Printer back into the foam walls and place in a shipping box.

5. Return the weight for the Balance Adjustment Device to the square cutout in the foam.

6. Return the rod for the Balance Adjustment Device and the Counterweight Rod Supporting Blade to the long rectangular cutout in the foam.

7. Place the User Manual on top of the Stencil Printer first, then place the Parts Box and Two-way Ratchet (size 10) on top of the User Manual. Finally, place the completed High-Precision Solder Paste Printer Checklist on top and seal the box.

All Done!

The package has successfully been QCed and is ready to ship to the customer.
